Dear Sirs.
I would like to know if there are any well-known standard rules (or criterias) for this topics:

- Standards Rules for Cabling Industrial Ethernet at Plant floor.
- Assembling a PLC System: Installing I/O Modules in the correct slot.

Thanks in advance.

I've seen some "rules" not standards concerning:
Register Mapping for those PLC systems where addressing is related to I/O modules positioning in a rack. You'd better follow the PLC manufacturer's guide: grounding, EMI protection, etc.

For PLC slots, I don't know of an industry standard.
The NFPA book might have something. I usually group
my intelligent and/or analog cards first. Then come
the digital inputs with one or two spare slots. If I
have a mix of AC and DC, then I put the DC first.
Then the digital outputs are last. If I have two
racks, then I try to make an input rack and an output
rack.
