Basically this problem started since 3 month and till now people are not able to find the solution. our turbine load coming down from let say 30 mw till tripped on reverse power without changing in the parameters, hydraulic oil normally 125 bar, lube oil pressure 1.7 bar. but the always found the mud filter which located after control oil pumps chocked. the oil itself has been changed several times. the pipes themselves have been changed and all hp/lp control valves have been several times calibrated but still the problem existing. the doubt is the following : from where all the properties which cause the chocking of the micro oil filter? are there any type of the parameters to be to monitoring during the problem rather than temperature of the bearing norma , vibration as well. lab samples were taken several times and it was showing there are debris. the parameters like hydraulic oil and lube oil maintain the same without change.

SCE... are you sure the contamination is not biological?

The results of lab debris analysis will give more insight about the issue. Is there any control inputs variation to control valve?
