We have LS steam vent valve for boilers. when we feed PV>SV then control valve will be in close condition and PV<SV control valve will be in Open condition. but fed PV>SV then control valve opening response not goes to fast and it open after taking some time. And it will same time for closing condition. our controller PID value is - P=100, I=80, D=0, GAIN=1000.

please tell me about tuning of PID controller that how response will be fast in both condition.

 

Which brand/model controller has a proportional band (P) of 100 whose gain is not simultaneously 1?

Which controller has both, not either/or?

What units is the integral term? minutes or repeats per minute? (I'm guessing minutes given the sluggish response)
