We have two different types of compressors with different programs in their respective PLCs. These PLCs are AB make SLC 500 and we have been given a Hand Held Terminal HHT for the viewing, loading, and editing the programs. Is it possible to store two different programs in the same HHT?
Is it possible to take back up once again from the HHT? If yes on what and how? This is required because when it is connected to the other PLC and uploading of program is done then the existing file in the HHT is overwritten. How can I store two different programs in the same HHT. How significant is the HHT battery in this case? What happens if this battery fails?
