We need to implement a control system in 3 sub stations with SEL 421-352-351 relays. We've been thinking in a Hybrid DCS system. There's a lot vendors offering their "best" solution. Monitor Pro v7, Honeywell (Plantscape) and Rockwell (ProcessLogix) seems to be the better
solutions. Any suggestions?

You might want to take a look at the GE Fanuc's Open Process product. It is very flexible, offers all types of redundancy and is based on a standard
backplane that gives you lots of options for direct third party interface.
