Am synchronising two caterpillar generators which have two different avr on them.
(1) the generator one (1) has Royal 693 AVR on the AC alternator.
(2) the generator two (2) has R450 M&T AVR on the AC alternator.
Am getting 1500 rpm and 50 Hz as frequency for both gen-set and 400v-230v for both sets as well. But but if I synchronize the gen-set one (1) to gen-set two (2) manually, it works perfectly. If I trip gen-set one and tried to synch it back with gen-set two (2) again it keeps dropping voltage.
What will be the solution to this problem?
