Tags required for WinCC

I am using S7-400 H range of Hotstand by PLC With WinCC as Operator station SCADA package.
Is the number of Tags required for a Hotstandby configuration gets doubled than the actual.
If not than what is the configuration required for Hotstandby PLC configuration at operator station level system ie WinCC.

The Number of Tags required for S7-400H systems for a WinCC project is the same as an S7-400 system. It is not doubled. A software package REDCONNECT is used for switching CPUs
