i would like to inquire the best method or formula that can help me to choose the right acrylic aquarium wall thickness related to aquarium volume dimention. i do have 12" sheet thickness that has tensile strength 760 kg/cm

how i can do it???

 

If you are building an aquarium of the very large size of which is implied by the sheet thickness (12 inches) you mentioned, then in many countries you will likely need design approval by a civil or mechanical engineer to get a building permit. If you are planning on building a very large aquarium, I would suggest dealing with someone who has built these before and then check out some of his previous projects. It is quite likely you will have chronic leakage problems at the joints unless proven design and construction techniques are used.
