I would like to develop a program which allows to collect alarms from Honeywell TDC 3000.

Any idea how to do so?

This has been done many times before, and depends on what hardware you have available, e.g. AM, HM, GUS, etc. Do you want text file reports or OPC data transferred to a OPC Server?

The easiest way to do this is to:

1) Create a Virtual Printer
2) Create a journal that dumps all of the alarms for the previous 24 hours to a text file (specified in the VP) at midnight or at whatever period/frequency you require.

Then you copy the text file off and use as required. Plus it's free /standard with the system.
