A : Well, u cn use any temp sensor like thermocouple, RTD etc. You can use RTD for temperatures up to 850 C and for higher temperature u can go for thermocouple.

A : Use a controller ( PID, PLC etc.).Generally, there are two wires that connect the controller to your final control element.
You can use SSR, SCR etc as ur final control element.
