I'm a fresh engineer working in a cosmetic company. Can anyone tell me what kind of detectors can be used for measuring the steam temparature in the inlet and outlet pipe of the heating vessel?

Spec:
Steam Pressure: 110 psi
Steam temp: max 200 degree celcius

Hello,
Sensor should be Pt-100 RTD.

You can connect the sensor directly to a temperature indicator/ recorder or use a temperature transmitter which will convert the temperature to 4-20 mA. Then connect to a standard indicator or recoder or connect to computer, DCS or PLC.
