The effect of Load in Induction Motor Speed

I control the speed of induction motor with vector control method, with no load speed control the motor goes properly(the set point is reached)but when i use load (not so big) the speed is reached for the first time but a few second latter the speed is decrease. Can you tell me why this happend. thank you

The driver is made by technosoft, power module ACPM750 and I use the DSP from Texas Instrument TMS320LF2407. and Induction motor i use is Sieber Motor.
