The SIL (Safety Integrity Level)

Gentlemen,

Can I have an idea about the SIL 1, 2 & 3 and which one of them is the best to use?

The SIL1 gives 0.9 accuracy
The SIL2 gives 0.99 accuracy
The SIL3 gives 0.999 accuracy

However, we might not need to use SIL3 because we might not need that much of accuracy.

Can I have more information about them?

Sorry!
your contention of relating SIL with Accuracy is wrong.

SIL-Safety Intrigity Level.

It is related to Safety Intregation of Systems which may have a estimated "PFD"

PFD -Probality of Failure on Demand

It isn't about accuracy.

You need to do some basic homework about Safety Instrumented Systems. I suggest you look at this slideshow, prepared by Dr. Angela Summers, who is
one of the world's leading SIS experts. Then if you have questions, you can go directly to her, to exida, to TUV-Rhineland, or to the SIS system
vendors.
