We are planning to upgrade entire control system in one of our coal based thermal power plants having a mix of control system suppliers, e.g., separate systems for Boiler protection, Turbine governing system, Secondary air control system, etc. Is it possible to get uniform platform across the plant irrespective of Boiler & Turbine manufacturers? Please help with address and solutions already implemented.

It is possible today to get a uniform single vendor platform for all the sections of a coal-based thermal plant.
