Here's my situation. im got 12 volts through switch to time delay relay to a coil. I need to find a way time delay the 12 volts for 3 seconds before it goes into a coil to be amped up. gotta omron relay and dont know how to hook it up please help

 

Mate...what i collected is that you want to delay your 12 V signal by 3 sec after pressing the switch.

If that is the case then, you may use a timer and apply this signal to the 'CO' terminal of your timer and connect the coil of your omron relay at the NO terminal of your timer.

If this is not what you want, then, specify your requirement clearly.
