Time Sync from Server for Areva 30 Series Relay

I have to integrate my Areva make 30 series relay with my Honeywell's ECS system through Areva's DC (c264 BCU) on IEC 61850. Likewise, I'm integrating Siemens and LnT Data concentrators too. For this, I need to keep my Honeywell's server IP as SNTP IP in Areva's DCU database. Can I keep a PC's IP as SNTP instead of GPS?
