Hi,
I need some information on the TMR controller (Three Controllers) used in the MFT application.
The MFT (Master Fuel Trip) shut off all the fuels entering the furnace when any one of the following trip happens :
1. All ID and FD fan trips
2. All PA fan trips when coal burners are put into operation
3.Pressure of furnace is higher or lower than set values
4.Loss of flame etc and many more.
Now my questions are as follows:
1. Do these three controllers operate independently or they communicate on the back plane for the exchange of the signals ?
2. For example if we use three switches for drum level high trip then each switch will be feeding to single controller and then controllers communicate on the backplane to get the 2 other switch signals from other 2 controllers or each switch will be feeding to three controllers ?
Please help me to understand this .
