I am having problem with Toshiba DC-135EL die casting machine with Toshiba Provisor PMC-S Plc made by Toshiba Machine Co. When I switch on PLC Power supply shows PC Error, Bat, Stop, Power fail, Mem, Cyc, Fun, F20, Temp. all led On and Run led is off. Machine does no function except of starting main motor through die casting machine switch panel. I have manual of PLC, but it is in Japanese language so i am unable to troubleshoot with the help of manual.

Any help is appreciated.
