TOSMAP Toshiba control system problem in SVS1& SVS2

We have in our plant Steam turbine toshiba 215 MW which have control system Tosmap (D-EHC). also we have one engineer station and two HMI SVS1 and 2. the problem is when we call the logic from any process point or from alarm history by right click on the alarm and chose logic we don't get any things. it is worked before but in engineer station this option is available.

can any one help me about this problem?
