Touchpanel TP27-10 random offline

In our factory we have an application with a touch
panel connected to profibus together with 15 slaves an 2 PLCs 315DP-2 configured as active slaves and ofcourse a master. (315 dp-2)

Sometimes our touchpanel switches (random) to offline mode without any operation. After switching to online mode its OK again. Does someone recognise this problem and find a solution.
