Transfering register values from Mitsubishi Plc to delta plc

Hi friends...

I am using two PLC's one is Delta DVP32ES PLC and another one is Mitsubishi FX1s-30MR. The problem is now i want to transfer the data/register values from Mitsubishi Plc to delta plc, i.e can i read/write the values of data register values in Mitsubishi plc via RS 485 communication to delta PLC. Is it possible? if so what are the protocols to be written in the Delta program.
