pls help me how to design power transformer for large commercial buildings. Load side consist of general lighting and air conditioning units

Faizal... do you mean what construction-types are permissible? Or how to size the transformer?

Thanks Phil Corso for responding. it is an existing hospital building. New transformer is the part of load addition. New connected load comes to 2000 KW. So what I require is guidelines for installing transformer, generator, cable size, switch boards, more precisely how to size transformer, generator, cables, switchgears etc.

Connected load-2000KW
Nature of load-lighting, medical equipments, HVAC

If possible, give me a report showing design features of above said things- I am a newbie in this field.
