Would anyone help me give me any information about mark v control troubleshooting that i've been through.

GT in operation and suddenly alarms appear with too many number may be about 20 or more alarm at once different in milli second. one of them is L4 logic is 0 to 1 to 0 to 1. And also at the same time came out like sound contactor or relay in mark v. i exactly don't know where the sound came from ( QD1 or QD2 or CD or card P ). When alarms come out the load is hunting. Interval alarms and sound contactor came out in minute. The alarms came out in second and normal again. came out and normal again until 2 or 3 grup alarms came out unit tripped. If any one have the same trouble with my case. please share and give me any information. thanks.

What type of control simplex / tmr?

Did you review the annunciated alarms and trip logs?

Have you replaced any control cards recently?

This sounds very...very. Wired.

If you have replaced control cards, post the serial# of the cards replaced.

I have a history of quite a few card problems, and this brings back a particular memory.

 

I had the same problem as you. our machines are 9FA.
As our investigations, we found that QD1 Fuses Fault. After replacing this fuse, everything was normal.

Mark V is TMR, actually this problem has happened a few months ago, when this alarm came out unit tripped directly but without sound contactor, after investigations that found problem on TCPS <R> and TCDA <QD1>, and now found that fuse on TCPS <T> is off, unit running now but when i see in diagnostic alarm, some alarm is actually still in there but i not yet found in what core that trouble is or maybe cable is not good, have you any suggest, thanks before.
