My problem is when i want to run the slave more with respect to master channel then in configuration window of the slave the parameter of maximum modulo i have to keep as per the ratio defined. suppose my ratio for the slave is 4/3.I am using encoder of 1000 pulse for slave then for maximum modulo value of the slave i have to write
1000*4/3=1333. then the slave is running perfectly in the ration defined. but if i have defined ratio for the slave is less then the master ( i.e. 4/9 ) then what i have to write for the max modulo value. by entering this ratio value slave is not rotating atleast one cycle. after rotating half cycle module shows "deviation
fault".

 

At adjust screen, in your "Movement Control" frame you have to enter "Following error " 1 and 2 parameters to "0". Increase your Overspeed parameter from 12% to 20%. Select the menu "Utilities", them "Save parameters". Try again, and let us know the results.
