My system's analog input card shows a faulty led. After checked i found that the output voltage of an input was instable. Its flunctuates from 5-20 Vdc. The input is connected to a pressure transmitter. The system is TSX QUANTUM. The analog input card is 140 ACI 03000. What's the problem? how do i fix it?

You stated your problem in your question. The ACI 03000 is either a 1-5v or 4-20ma input card. I would recommend using a current loop transmitter to change your signal to 4-20 ma.

There is no card available that will measure voltage in the 5-20 v range. the AVI - 03000 will go from -10 to +10.
