My MVP (MultiValvePositioner) has 8 positions with TTL 5V outputs. How can I connect it to a S7-200 PLC with 24V inputs? An optocoupler circuit?

 

Something like a io-idc-028-p would work. These are at: http://www.power-io.com/products/iac.htm

They are din rail mounted and only 0.30 inches wide.

You can make a circuit using the 4N26 optocupler. More informations about useing optocuplers you can find at:

Try http://www.opto22.com. They sell relays that will work for you.

Opto 22 makes a rack, G4PB4 with screw terminals in and out, 4 channel. You'll need two of these along with eight G4ODC5 modules.
