Does any body here know any software to tune PID Functions of any market PLC? (Like AB, Siemens and others)

Siemens does have a tuner for both their standard products as well as their PCS7 products. In addition to that you can use Expertune on most any system as it has an OPC interface.

 

Try "www.expertune.com":http://www.expertune.com . Pretty good system, connects via dde, opc to almost any PLC or DCS.. easy to use and the bottom line, it works.
I have used several tuning software package and this is probably the best I've seen.

For the SIMATIC S5 PLC´s Families there is a PID Tuning Package called SIEPID S5, there must be such a one for the SIMATIC S7, I hope this helps your search.

We have developed a complete set of PID tools for Modicon. It consists of several (over 20) DFB blocks, that replace the standard PID tools provided by Concept (the modicon software tool). We also have developed interfaces to tune the loops from our HMI.
