Turbine baseload and frequency

when the turbine is on base load and frequency increases suddenly, the load will decrease. my doubt is at that time turbine will be in temperature control and load will decrease on the basis of igv angle. can anybody explain me the calculation regarding the igv angle throttling during the base load and also the igv temperature control calculation.

Please, can you tell us about the turbine(s) at your site and the control system(s)? What fuel is being burned?

Do you have high-speed trends or data to support your statement? Data that includes FSRN (Speed Control FSR), FSRT (Temp Control FSR), CSGV (Actual IGV Angle), TTXM (Actual Exhaust Temp), TNR (Turbine Speed Reference), TNH (Actual Turbine Speed), TTRX (Exhaust Temp Ref), TTRXP (Primary Exh Temp Ref), TTRXS (Secondary Exh Temp Ref), CPD (Compressor Discharge Pressure), DWATT (Load), SF1 and/or SF2 (Station Frequency)?

Can you tell us what kind of frequency excursions the site is experiencing? Rate of change of frequency, and magnitude of frequency excursion?
