Anybody knows where to get tutorial to operate autocad electrical. it could be in video form or text form.

 

There are some videos in the YouTube Autodesk Channel: http://www.youtube.com/autodesk, that show you what AutoCAD Electrical can do.

The manual and learning resources that come with the software can help you. If you have subscription, then you can login to Subscription Center and access the training material. Another source is your reseller, they can give you a test drive or point you to the right direction.
