two masters write data to one slave

I have a PC which run some critical program for monitoring the equipment. This PC is connected through MB network to a Bridge Mux. There are pull of bridge muxes connected each other with MB+ network. I have two masters (Honeywell PLCG) connected to two different MB port of Bridge Mux. Both of these PLCG are trying to writes Analog and digital data to the same PC which is connected to another Bridgemux and MB link to a PC.

is this going to be possible or this will problem?
