Two UPS not synchronising

I am dealing with 2 MAC UPS (HONEYWELL 3000) which are meant to be synchronised with each other. UPS 2 is running normally while UPS 1 is showing the message "unsynchronised inverter".

I need help to figure out the problem and getting them fixed so they they can run as designed.
