Hi,

I'm a trainee working in power plant in Instrumentation dept. I have got a demo version software of ABB DCS ver8.2 containing Control BuilderF, DigiVis, and Emulator during training of my company. After doing a small program i have given IP address 127.0.0.1 for both emulator and digivis with different resource id but i'm unable to load ip in internet explorer. can anyone please help me to connect software with emulator.

Did you check emulator's installation during Freelance install?
Did you try link http://localhost:8888 after rebooting of PC?

I don't know. I just fill up StationID field with ID defined in CBF project for emulator and press "Start Controller" button.

 

Hello!

I have ABB emulator program with Freelance 9.1.
When I have created a Process Station with a program in it and an Operator Station with it's display, how to show them by DigiVis in the same PC and operate the virtual process? I mean IP and ID addressing.
