Its an old system containing 14 meters (pm-500) and 4 comap modules connected through HEXEN converters (RS-485 to RS-232). it was working fine until their system messed up. we reinstalled the softwares and restored the same program. Now i am having this issue that i can read individual meters on modscan and SCADA as well, but collectively i am receiving MODBUS Message Timeout on modscan. Even tried to connect only 4 meters it gives me no data.
As i have mentioned its an old system its very difficult to traces com. wires through the panels.
