At this moment i have a problem with PHD RDIs. This RDI was communicated with two Experion Servers, but in this moment the State of this RDI are: ACTIVE STARTUP OPENINTF, before this the interfaces were in ACTIVE ACTIVE IDLE. What is the problem and what is the solution?

is it possible that honeywell phd service on the experion node is running as a system account?
if yes change it to an administrator account
