I would like to design and make a model of a variable speed drive that works with a single phase a.c. electric model, something that can be presented in a general Physics Laboratory.
The main problem that i have is about the specifications of all the components needed to make a drive with a very low power rating for easy demonstration to my lecturers, e.g. values of the inductor and capacitor for the filter, thyristor drives for the inverter and if possible the whole design circuit.
