We have Control ST 4.7 with Legacy control ST hardware key ( Blue dongle )
Cimplicity 8.2 with M4 hardware licence ( White Dongle ).

According to the official GE document GHT-200048, both these hardware keys should support the latest version of the respective application.

Can I just get the latest software(control ST 7.0) as I already have the licence or do I need to buy the whole thing?

The license for ControlST 4.7 does not work for ControlST 7.0. You will need to buy a new license. Also, you will need to migrate to at least Cimplicity 9.0 too.

I would recommend at least going to ControlST 4.07.12c. That will run on Windows 10. However, you will have to upgrade Cimplicity to at least 9.0 to be compatible.
