How much does the new cd advant v 1.8.6 cost and what is the requirement to have it keyed to run?

Advant software never has been and currently is not keyed in any way to run. If you are running MASTER and are at version 1.8x, then you can step up your license to 1.8.6 for US$975.00 a license.
