Why not just power your 110v to 24vdc power supply from UPS !

Or stick a 110v to 24vdc power supply on output of UPS.

Hello;
I don't think that you should have any trouble finding such modules on the market. I have used Siemens UPS modules (Sitop range of products)for some projects, with good results.
For more information, you can request a Sitop catalog from yous nearest Siemens rep, or go to the Siemens support webpage:

http://www4.ad.siemens.de/csinfo/livelink.exe?func=cslib.csinfo2&siteid=cs&lang=en

There you can open the Product tree (under the Search box):
Product Information -->
Power Supplies -->
Power supply Sitop-->
Sitop 24 V Standard-->
UPS
You will find manuals, application notes and FAQs for 120/230 V to 24 V UPS systems.

Hope this helps,
Daniel Chartier

http://www.altronix.com/ - They make supervised power supplies for the alarm system market, but we found they work just as well in remote telemetry units. Check with your local alarm suppliers to see what they sell, that's how we found them.

I think there are also quite a few UPS that use 24V worth
of batteries internally. While not regulated, these would
be stable enough for most purposes and the 24 VDC section
is then free and about as efficient as can be with no
conversion in line. I have an old minuteman that uses two
12V gell cells. One might have to be careful about commons
and such, but it's worth looking at.
