usb configure with visual basic

hi,

i'm working on a project wherein i have to communicate to a spectrum analyzer through a gpib with usb port of my pc. my job is to establish a communication session with spectrum analyzer and automate it. for this i need to configure my usb with visual basic6 and then program my gpib.
