Using Autocad for P & ID project

hi

i am a instrumentation engineer and i am fresher in this field. Right now i am working on the software P&Id 2010 autocad. Now i want to make a project in P&ID. please suggest me how to do it..

i also want to know about the software which can help in making hook up drawing so please tell me the name of the software which can help in making hook ups drawings. that would be my next step after making project in P&ID .

This is very urgent. I am looking forward for further communication.
