We use out PDF manual for electronic help with iFix on Win2K. The problem is that the user can access the windows system through the file open dialog in acrobat reader. Even if we protect this in the acrobat writer. There is still an button where you can get access to the menu functions.

Anybody has a solution for this problem?

As far as I know, there's a PDF viewer ActiveX component (pdf.ocx and pdf.tlb) available for free at Adobe website. I never used it, but it could be worth a try. If you can't integrate OCX
in iFix, then you could develop a simple custom application (C, Visual Basic, Delphi) and launch it from iFix.
