I am looking for information about various types of PID; the technique of P, I and D usage. For example 2-PID (Feed Forward PID) and also, would you please let me know how to find some information about the PID (specially block diagram) that the well-known companies such as Siemens, ABB, Honeywell, … employ.

Hello, Mahdi;
Most reputable automation companies have manuals available off the web for various process controllersa. There is a PID manual for Siemens S7 PID functions on the Siemens support Webpage ("www.ad.siemens.de":http://www.ad.siemens.de , under product support; all A-B manuals are also available on the "www.ab.com":http://www.ab.com website; the PID algorithms are explained in their different processor manuals.

Hope this helps,

To see an alternative for Siemens S7 controllers,
please look into this website:

http://www.plcman.co.uk/plcfiles/s7/

Open the pdf-file named "Blokke" and scroll to
FB119 and FB121

These controllers are used in many plants
during many years all over Europe and also
in the far east without any problems.

Good luck
