VB and inpout32.dll-compatible Operating Systems

Hi, what are the operating systems where visual basic (or a program created in vb) and inpout32.dll will run? (or will not run). thanks a lot!!!

Windows and that's pretty much it. except for WINE on Linux and that's not a sure thing.
