Very High Pressure Flow Meter

I have an application for a very high pressure Helium flow meter (5-20 SCFH). I either need to find a differential pressure transmitter that
can handle 16000 psi system pressure (<250" H2O differential), or use some other flow meter technique. Anyone have any suggestions?
