Very Small Modbus TCP Solution

I am a student in the 5th semester of the course mechatronics/robotics
at University of Applied Science Technikum Vienna and work in addition for FerRobotics Compliant Robot Technology GmbH.

Currently, it is my job to develop a communication module, which is to be installed in all products of the company in the near future.
During my research for a suitable bus, three systems have particularly offered:

-Modbus TCP

Now I'm looking for a microcontroller which has integrated the Modbus TCP solution. It should have integrated the following things:

1 x Analog out 0-10V
2 x Analog in 0-10V
1 x Digital out
1x SPI (for communication with acceleration sensor)

The particular requirement is that the chip and an additional
acceleration sensor have to fit on a 25mm x 35mm x 12mm - board.

I found out that the company Anybus has a solution, that would be
great, but unfortunately it is far too big.

Many thanks in advance for your help

You can take a look at Hilscher's NetX line of chips. I don't know how big they are, though.

thank you very much for your reply. I think the netX network-controllers are a good solution!
