Our projects normally don't use Keyboard and using Wonderware or others HMI's is easier configure the system for using a Virtual Keyboard and enter data. Now using WINCC , to do that I had to use a script and a special picture, in other words is more complicated work without keyboard. I am not sure this is what you need, but there is a company called My-T-Touch that makes virtual keyboard software for Win NT and W98. The keyboard works well with touch screen applications
