Get VSD fault 39 or 40 during starting Ingersoll rand 75KW Nirvana oil free air compressor. Power module test shows VSD 44-4 error in service configuration menu 348. IGBT module found to be good. Unit passes Control/Interface test in service configuration menu 348. What are the likely causes for the issue?

 

Dear Bala, have you solved VSD problem finally? as our Ingersoll Rand compressor got same problem, after power on a fault cord shows "power module test 5", may i know how to enter service configuration menu 348 and perform a power module test? thank you very much! David
