W7 Toshiba VSD

One of our Toshiba W7 VSD's went down, and on front key pad it shows OV (over voltage) Upon checking incoming voltage it reads 480vac which is fine but the DC bus reads 850vdc while not running and won't alloy reset of keypad-any thoughts on this would be helpful.
