Which companies do you know (other than GE) that can modify a Frame 7 and convert it from a steam injection for Nox control to Water injection for Nox control?

There are lots of firms which can probably provide the engineering and equipment to accomplish what you wish to do. It's probably not going to be inexpensive regardless of the firm performing the conversion. I say this because of end cover modifications which will probably be required as well as control system modifications. Depending on the control system in use at the site, it may or may not easily be possible to do this conversion. (Many Mark IVs do not have the ability to easily modify input/output configuration and sequencing.)

Some of the firms you can contact include TurboCare, PetroTech Inc., Wood Group, Turbine Technology Services, etc. I'm sure this is just a partial list. If you are a Frame 7 owner/operator, you should be able to contact the Frame 7 Users' Group to ask for other recommendations (that seems to be a great source for non-GE parts and service recommendations).
