Westermo GDW-11 Gsm Remote Connection

Good Night to all!

I'm using a Westermo GDW-11 Gsm Modem with a Visual Studio application in order to connect to some Gsm Numbers in Remote Devices. But something's wrong... Some of the numbers i'm dialing aren't responding "CONNECT 9600". But if i'm using a Siemens Modem that problem doesn't appear. Could anyone help me with the correct configuration of my Westermo Modem in order to connect with all Gsm Systems.
